Do not worry about the first two statements. There is no problem
with the site's security certificate. The "company" referred to
in the second statement is The US Department of State. You can just
press Yes to proceed with a secure connection. If you want
to add the Department of State to the list of trusted sites (and
prevent the message from appearing again), press View Certificate.
